Job description

Mark Lane Law is seeking a highly motivated, self-starting Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment. This role is ideal for someone who is a quick thinker, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a polished and professional presence.

You will be the first point of contact for clientsโ€”setting the tone for the firmโ€™s reputation with every interaction. We are looking for someone who can anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and handle sensitive situations with confidence and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage a high-volume call environment and route calls efficiently
  • Schedule consultations and maintain attorney calendars with precision
  • Handle client intake and ensure accurate data entry into firm systems (Clio experience is a plus)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office
  • Assist with document preparation, scanning, filing, and general administrative support
  • Monitor emails and respond or route messages appropriately
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
