Job Description

The Sponsor requires a Tools Developer with a Top Secret Clearance to design and develop features for a complex development effort for a project cost recovery system as a part of the "request to fulfill" business process. The "request to fulfill" process enables customers to request a variety of IT equipment, services, facilities and other internal service provider products that are provisioned all over the world. Using the iBPM platform, the candidate will have the opportunity to design and develop new capabilities and troubleshoot/repair bugs for a customer-wide system that is in production. The candidate will have opportunities to engage with multiple development teams and partners to implement new business requirements and a backlog of enhancements.ย 

Qualifications
  • B.S. or B.A degree in computer science, engineering, information security, or a related information technology discipline or equivalent experienceย 
  • full life cycle software development with the ability to identify/mitigate technical risks, troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems For mandatory skills 3-9 listed below, the experience should be recent (within the last 3 years).ย 
  • the design and building web services using SOAP or REST frameworksย 
  • the design and programming of web applications using HTML, CSS, and Java Script using jQueryย 
  • writing database queries and procedures using SQL 6. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with Eclipse or similar IDEย 
  • with multi-tier architecture designย 
  • using Spring MVC ย 
  • designing an intuitive user interface that can be easily utilized by a wide base of users who have little or no business area expertise
