Product Technician (EPD II)

What to Expect
We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Technician to support daily BOM (Bill of Material) maintenance and AML (Approved Manufacturer List) management activities. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate product data across Agile and SAP systems, ensuring consistency between engineering and manufacturing requirements.
What You'll Do
  • Maintain and update Agile BOMs to ensure accuracy and completeness of product structures.
  • Create, validate, and manage SAP BOMs in alignment with engineering and manufacturing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain AML in the SAP system.
  • Ensure consistency and synchronization between Agile and SAP data systems; Review and verify data accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve data synchronization errors between Agile PLM and SAP ERP, performing root cause analysis on BOM/AML mismatches.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product data management processes.
  • Other assignment will be given based on business direction

What You'll Bring
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, written and verbal, is required to interface with the Taiwan engineering team and systems.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required for large-scale BOM comparison and data analysis.
  • Prior experience with PLM systems (Agile PLM specifically) and ERP systems (SAP) is highly preferred.
  • Experience in hardware manufacturing, EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services), or NPI environments. Basic understanding of electronic/mechanical components and part numbering conventions is a plus.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
