Job Description Job Title: Senior Manager or Director, Commission Program (ICM Owner) Location-Type: Hybrid - Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite per week) open to Relocation  Start Date: ASAP Duration: Permanent Compensation Range: $190,000 - $215,000 Benefits: Open to Relocation and 20-30% Bonus structure Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: This role serves as the functional owner and strategic leader of the client's enterprise Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform, driving a company-wide implementation and ensuring accurate, scalable commission operations across a large and complex sales organization. Job Summary •Own the end-to-end strategy, configuration, and performance of the enterprise ICM platform, ensuring system scalability and long-term sustainability. •Lead the company-wide Oracle ICM rollout through go-live and subsequent expansion across all remaining commission plans. •Translate complex compensation plan designs into technical system logic and operational processes. •Oversee accurate and timely calculation and payout of incentives across approximately 130 commission plans. •Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, HR, Audit, and IT to align on plan design, system capabilities, and operational timelines. •Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of 3-4 professionals with both technical and business-oriented backgrounds. •Establish governance, audit controls, and compliance documentation for commission processes and system configurations. •Provide data-driven insights on commission performance, trends, and plan effectiveness to inform compensation strategy. Minimum Requirements: •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or a related field. •7-12 years of experience in incentive compensation, sales operations, or commission program management. •Hands-on experience with an enterprise ICM platform such as Oracle ICM, Varicent, Xactly, or similar. •Proven experience leading an ICM system implementation or major platform transformation. •Demonstrated people leadership experience managing and developing technical and business resources. •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT audiences. Preferred Qualifications: •Direct experience with Oracle ICM, including implementation or configuration. •Experience migrating from Varicent or another legacy ICM platform to a modern enterprise system. •Advanced analytics capabilities including Excel, SQL, or BI tools. •Background in large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives within complex or high-growth environments.
