Core Duties
- Bag customers’ seafood orders
- Pack items securely (often with ice to keep seafood fresh)
- Assist customers
- Do cooler pickups anytime you see a customer with one or hear a call for one
- Carry orders to vehicles (especially large or heavy purchases, and ESPECIALLY ELDERLY).
- Maintain workflow
- Keep bagging stations stocked with bags, ice, and supplies
- Assists with running/passing orders to and from Steam window when necessary
Stocking / Support Tasks
- Restock shelves, coolers, and displays
- Help unload deliveries or transport boxes (can be heavy)
Cleanliness & Organization
- Keep work areas clean and sanitary (important in seafood handling)
- Dispose of trash, boxes, and waste properly
