 About the Role

Talent Acquisition is a core strategic driver of iCapital's success. As a member of our team, the Technology Recruiter will assist the current team, manage candidate pipeline, and conduct screening calls with candidates. This role offers the opportunity to be part of an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging working environment. This role will report to the Head of Technology and Product recruiting in Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities
  • Lead full cycle recruitment from intake with hiring managers, through offer close.
  • Manage high volume of requisitions and applications through various stages in Greenhouse.
  • Generate a strong candidate pipeline with creative postings, industry networking and sourcing, and partner with professional organizations and other appropriate venues to generate a robust talent pipeline keeping diversity, equity, and inclusion in mind.
  • Support the senior technology recruiter across Technology and Product departments; review and source resumes, screen and qualify candidates to recommend to hiring managers.
  • Build relationships internally with hiring managers, heads of department and other internal stakeholders to develop a strong understanding of the team's needs.
  • Stay current and informed on industry trends and best practices, including new and innovative talent acquisition strategies, systems, and technologies; make recommendations and drive continuous improvement in global talent acquisition practices.
  • Manage candidates through various stages in our ATS (Greenhouse) ensuring accurate data.
  • Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable; Ensure HR data is reflected accurately in our systems.
  • Partner with members of the HR team to ensure all new hires go through a top-class onboarding experience.
  • Stay current and informed on industry technical recruiting trends to discern skillset of top candidates
  • Assist with ongoing projects that support the overall mission of the HR team (i.e. diversity, candidate experience, employee engagement, etc.).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or another business-related field
  • 6+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience with exposure to the financial services and/or fintech industry, experience with technology recruiting and managing intern hiring is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience to effectively assess candidate resumes, conduct screening calls, and recommend candidates to hiring managers
  • Experience recruiting across the Technology spectrum including full stack, frontend and backend engineers, devops, corporate technology and product backgrounds, data science and quant experience
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • Effectively assess a candidates resume and conduct screening calls before introducing profiles to the lead recruiter
 Benefits

The hourly range for this role is $35.00 to $55.00 per hour and is not eligible for benefits. 

We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
