Required Skill: IBM Security Access Manager of Identity and Access Management, like ISAM, AAC, Directory servers

Job Description: Responsible for the solution and technical design using IBM Security Access Manager suite of products and integration with various other systems. Work on enhancements in existing applications, identify change requests and provide effort estimation. Guide team for all technical aspects of Identity and Access Management using IBM Suite of products like ISAM, AAC, Directory servers. Identity and automate the access management support and audit activities. Review all technical decisions/designs and provide constructive feedback. Present Identity and Access Management solutions to all stakeholders of customer. Responsible for ensuring strategy and architecture is adhered when building solutions and designs. Mentor other team members, reviewing their deliverables and an overall responsibility for the quality and timeliness of the team's deliverables. Work with other technical teams within the project to bring-in additional technical expertise to the project as needed.
