ISVG Engineer (IBM Security Verify Governance) Department: Information Technology Office: Remote Location: Remote No Third Parties Must be able to obtain a Federal Clearance. No exceptions can be made. Job Description: Strategic Technology Partners LLC has an opportunity for an ISVG (IBM Security Verify Governance) Engineer to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team.

In this role, you will design, implement, and support identity governance solutions that enhance security, ensure compliance, and streamline user lifecycle management across the enterprise. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement identity governance solutions using IBM Security Verify Governance Manage user lifecycle processes including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certification Integrate ISVG with enterprise applications, directories, and HR systems Configure workflows, roles, policies, and access controls Support audit and compliance initiatives (SOX, HIPAA, etc.) Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues in production environments Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams Develop and maintain technical documentation Required Skills and Experience 3+ years of experience working with IBM Security Verify Governance (ISVG) Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts Experience with user provisioning, role‐based access control (RBAC), and access reviews Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and enterprise authentication systems Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with other IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk) Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) Understanding of compliance frameworks (SOX, NIST, ISO 27001) IBM Security certifications are a plus Education Requirement A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering or related field preferred. Security Requirement Must be able to obtain a Federal Clearance.
