Job description

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Technology Consultant with expertise in insurance new business, underwriting, product configuration, and business rules implementation. The candidate will support insurance platform delivery, configure business rules, and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable insurance solutions.

Required Skills
  • Experience in Insurance Technology, underwriting systems, product configuration, or rating engine implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with Verisk Rulebook / Sequel Rulebook preferred.
  • Experience with insurance business rules engines or platforms such as:
    • FICO Blaze
    • IBM ODM
    • Drools
    • InRule
    • Duck Creek Rating/Product Configuration
    • Guidewire
  • Strong understanding of New Business and Underwriting processes.
  • Experience with business rule configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of APIs, JSON, SQL, and data mapping.
  • Experience with rating services, quote-bind platforms, broker portals, or delegated authority platforms.
