Job Description
KEY Attributes: The description is below and experienced .NET developer/engineer who also has 1-2 years (or more) of IAM experience. Great communication skills and ability to work with end users are critical.
Acts as lead analyst and programmer on either single large project or multiple smaller IAM projects.;
Helps plan system and program requirements to fulfill IAM business needs;
May provide Tier 2 support and vendor liaison for applications. Analyzes and designs IAM business processes, interface modules, integration technology, connector technology;
Complete understanding and application of principles/ theories of Identity and Access Management and Information Security. Tests and reviews work of other Application Developers and IAM engineers;
Qualifications
  • Expert knowledge of the capabilities of the programming languages used to enhance and maintain the client IAM platforms and systems;
  • Expert knowledge features, functions and APIs of external client systems and applications that interface with the client IAM platforms;
  • Must have functional knowledge of application area to which the incumbent is assigned, e.g. C# .NET, Java, WinOS, Unix, Active Directory, Oracle DBMS, MS SQL Server DBMS, RSA ACE Server, MS Azure Platform, Cloud provisioning standards, Cloud Single Sign-on standards
  • Experience in deploying and code customizing IAM platforms such as Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Sailpoint, Ping Identity, or other IAM platforms/solutions.
  • Experience with security protocols (LDAP, SAML, SPML, XACML, OAUTH, OpenID etc.)
  • Extensive experience with o ETL - Data Extract, Transform Load data management
  • Bachelors in EE, CS, Math or Related Field

In depth knowledge (identification, prevention and remediation) of the Top 10 and most common critical application security vulnerabilities published by OWASP and SANS
Knowledge of secure coding practices.
