Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IAM Engineer to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing the identity, authentication and access control systems within our organization. This includes ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information by applying a multi-layered approach towards information security. If you are passionate about security, cloud technologies, and solving complex problems, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement robust IAM solutions that meet user needs with respect to accessibility, availability, robustness, and security.
  • Manage the integration of IAM tools with existing applications and systems.
  • Develop and maintain IAM features such as single sign-on, identity federation, MFA, and risk-based adaptive authentication.
  • Work with various stakeholders to gather and analyze IAM requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX regulations regarding access control and identity management.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure secure and efficient integration of IAM systems with other applications.
  • Provide technical support for IAM products and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Develop and implement effective API security strategies.
  • Regularly review and update IAM policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure security protocols are being followed.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM engineering, with a focus on cloud technologies, JavaScript, and security.
  • Experience with IAM tools such as Identity IQ, Okta, and Workday.
  • Strong knowledge of authentication protocols and identity certificates.
  • Experience with SAP and integration of IAM tools with SAP.
