Job description

  • Resolve incident tickets related to Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) services
  • Fulfill Service Catalog requests for identity and access management activities
  • Execute release and change management tasks, including configuration updates and system enhancements
  • Perform security vulnerability remediation activities involving Saviynt configuration changes
  • Support enterprise access governance initiatives by ensuring appropriate identity lifecycle management and access controls
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve identity-related issues and implement best practices
  • Contribute to improving platform stability, operational efficiency, and compliance with organizational security standards
  • Participate in a rotational on-call schedule to support production environments and critical incidents
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • 5โ€“10 years of experience supporting Identity Management and Governance (IGA) solutions
  • Hands-on experience administering and supporting Saviynt in an enterprise environment
  • Experience managing incident, change, and release processes within an ITIL-based environment
  • Knowledge of identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), provisioning, and access governance concepts
  • Experience performing configuration changes and supporting security vulnerability remediation
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience working in highly regulated or large enterprise environments (desired)
  • Familiarity with IAM integrations, directories (Active Directory/Azure AD), and authentication technologies (desired)
  • ITIL Foundation and/or Saviynt certifications are a plus
  • Experience supporting audit and compliance initiatives related to identity governance (desired)
