We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business development, generate leads, and cultivate relationships within the printing and CCM (Customer Communication Management) sectors. This role is centered on recognizing opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and assisting us in expanding our reach.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with printing companies, in-plant facilities, and outsourced print providers.
  • Engage banks, insurance companies, and large organizations that outsource print and CCM services.
  • Schedule appointments and establish new accounts; transition signed clients to the delivery/technical team.
  • Assess customer requirements and propose customized CCM solutions.
  • Monitor sales activities and manage the pipeline using Zoho CRM or similar platforms.
  • Participate in trade shows, client meetings, and industry events across the USA, Europe, and Canada.
  • Provide regular email updates and follow up on new prospects.
  • Take ownership of and meet/exceed sales targets for designated territories and accounts.

Required Skills:

  • Experience: 4-6 years in sales of software, IT services, printing solutions, or CCM products.
  • Solid understanding of the printing industry, CCM solutions, or document management systems.
  • Well-established network with printing companies, in-plant operations, and outsourced providers.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and closing enterprise-level transactions.
  • Ability to engage effectively with BFSI, insurance, healthcare, and large enterprises.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Must have a valid passport and be open to international travel (USA, Europe, Canada).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as a contractor.
  • Willingness to provide references from previous work experiences.

Experience Required: A minimum of 4+ years in enterprise sales.
