Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Operations & Fleet Administrator to support our Fleet and Operations teams from our Corporate Office in Hammond, Louisiana.

This position works closely with the Fleet Manager, Operations Administrators, Regional Managers, and Branch Managers to help keep our fleet, field operations, and administrative processes running smoothly.

While the normal schedule is Monday through Friday during business hours, IPSC operates 24 hours a day. Candidates must be willing to work evenings, weekends, or extended hours when emergency or urgent operational needs arise.

Primary ResponsibilitiesFleet Administration
  • Maintain fleet records and documentation
  • Monitor fuel accounts
  • Process Motor Vehicle Reports (MVRs)
  • Manage fleet telematics systems
  • Assign and track company vehicles
  • Assist with insurance documentation and license plate renewals
  • Support the Fleet Manager with daily administrative tasks
Operations Support
  • Assist with office supply management
  • Support field operations with administrative needs
  • Set up new jobs and maintain operational files
  • Assist the Operations Administration team with daily tasks and special projects
Qualifications
  • Experience in a professional office environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
