What are I2M roles?

I2M stands for 'Idea to Market,' a term commonly used in product development and innovation management. Professionals in I2M roles are responsible for guiding new product ideas from conception through to launch, overseeing stages such as market research, concept validation, product design, and go-to-market strategy. They work cross-functionally with teams in R&D, marketing, and sales to ensure that new products meet market needs and business goals.
