Mondelez is seeking a highly skilled leader to drive the change management agenda of the commercialization transformation in Ventures, while leading the innovation portfolio that directly shapes the growth of our Ventures brands. With advanced project management skills and a strategic mindset, the ideal candidate will ensure excellence in delivery while continuously improving how we operate. This role goes beyond traditional project management to focus on designing, governing, and embedding best-in-class processes that drive innovation, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment within the Ventures space.

How you will contribute

I2M Framework Development & Implementation

  • Analyze existing processes and methodologies within Mondelez Ventures to continuously identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Define, design, and document new I2M processes, governance structures, and methodologies tailored to the needs of Ventures.
  • Be the change management lead for the Ventures I2M transformation, managing the implementation plan, timelines, resource requirements, related risks and attention points, proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks.
  • Track and monitor the changes post implementation, ensure they are documented, and that revisions are properly deployed.
  • Provide frequent status reports to NAV leadership related to Ventures I2M Transformation implementation.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all I2M framework-related activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure cross-functional teams understand and adopt the new processes effectively.
  • Act as a champion of change, fostering collaboration and ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
  • Ensure alignment of the new framework with overall business goals and cross-functional requirements.

    Project Management and Portfolio Management Leadership

    • Oversee the portfolio of product changes (innovation, core maintenance and productivity) for the Ventures brands, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate I2M methodology and tools.
    • Support the project managers in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project-level risks and escalate them to leadership
    • Provide project and portfolio reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetings
    • Identify and manage dependencies between projects.
    • Manage changes that affect the portfolio, assessing the impact of changes on the entire portfolio and implementing necessary modifications.
    • Allocate PCM resources across projects to optimize performance. Balance competing demands and prioritize critical projects.
    • Lead Product Change Management teams for one or more Ventures' brands, coaching and mentoring PCM, ensuring they are equipped to deliver on project objectives.
    • Set performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and foster professional growth and development within the team.

    Governance & Continuous Improvement

    • Establish governance mechanisms to monitor and measure the effectiveness of the Ventures I2M framework.
    • Collect feedback and analyze performance data to continuously refine and optimize processes and governance.
    • Foster a culture of accountability within the organization

    This role is critical in ensuring Mondelez Ventures operates at the cutting edge of innovation and market readiness. If you are a strategic thinker passionate about building frameworks, leading transformation, and managing people, we would love to hear from you. Position will have 3+ business and 3+ different reports.

    Job specific requirements:

    • 6+ years of progressive CPG commercialization experience, encompassing end-to-end project management and change management leadership.
    • Bachelor's degree required (preferred fields: Engineering, Business, Food Science).
    • Change Management Skills: Proven experience in leading change management initiatives across commercialization frameworks, including processes, tools, systems, and governance.
    • I2M/Commercialization processes and frameworks: In-depth understanding and experience implementing or leading commercialization processes, including best practices and applications.
    • Project & Portfolio Management Excellence: Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects and portfolios with multiple stakeholders. Experience establishing and running governance routines, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, transparent decision-making, and data integrity.
    • People Leadership Experience: Influential leader with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and growth.
    • Problem-Solving in Ambiguity: A hands-on, solutions-oriented approach and ability to operate through ambiguity in a growth-focused entrepreneurial environment
    • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex portfolio trade-offs, prioritize competing projects, and translate business objectives into structured, impactful solutions that enable informed decision-making,
    • Excellent stakeholder management, with a collaborative mindset and capable of driving effective discussions from tactical execution level up to steering committee members.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills, with confidence in presenting to and aligning with senior stakeholders.
    • A continuous improvement mindset and ability to identify process enhancements that improve project efficiency, cycle time, and quality.
    Salary and Benefits:The base salary range for this position is $122,000 to $167,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements.
