Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
  • Engage in comprehensive, factory-supported training on product lines and internal sales procedures to stay informed and effective.
  • Follow the full sales process, from initial greeting to vehicle delivery and post-sale follow-up, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Deliver clear, honest, and transparent information in response to customer questions and concerns.
  • Efficiently manage quotes, respond to emails and voicemails, handle administrative duties, and accurately process sales documentation.
  • Build strong customer relationships and consistently aim to exceed District Customer Satisfaction Score (DCSS) targets.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective and existing customers to nurture leads, support their buying journey, and close sales.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in automotive, inside, outside, retail, or telemarketing sales is preferred.
  • Must have an outgoing personality with a strong ability to build and maintain trustworthy customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in basic math, common computer applications, and internet usage is highly valued.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with solid negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
