Job description

Dental Choice is seeking Dental Administrator/Hygiene Coordinator to join our growing team.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated dental administrator to take ownership of our hygiene schedule and help build a thriving hygiene program. This role is ideal for someone who loves dentistry, enjoys connecting with patients, and is confident in taking initiative.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment.

Hours:

Monday - 9am to 5pm

Tuesday - 11am to 7pm

Wednesday - 9am to 5pm

Thursday - 10am to 6pm

Friday -  8am to 2:30pm

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the hygiene schedule to maximize patient care and clinic capacity
  • Proactively fill openings, manage cancellations, and coordinate rebooking
  • Support hygiene production and retention goals
  • Build strong relationships with patients and encourage ongoing preventive care
  • Work closely with hygienists and the dental team to ensure an efficient, well-balanced schedule
  • Identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and grow the hygiene program

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience (Curve software knowledge is a bonus!)

  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional, patient-first approach.
