Part-Time/Hybrid Registered Dietitian Position RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our network of exceptional clinicians. You will have the ongoing support of our dedicated team, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality patient care Overview: This exciting opportunity for a Registered Dietitian offers a flexible and rewarding work-life balance with a blend of in-person and remote work options. Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Schedule: 16 hours per week, 50% completed remotely via telehealth Flexibility: Choose your days and hours.

Only 1 onsite visit per week is required. The remaining hours are completed remotely via telehealth. Compensation: $30.00-$38.00 per hour, based on experience with additional paid travel time to and from the facility Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans. Provide nutrition education and counseling. Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.

Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, including those related to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Department of Health (DOH). Maintain appropriate documentation. Monitor all residents for changes in weight weekly and/or monthly to identify potential changes in nutrition or hydration status.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance nutrition care services and resident outcomes. Perform other tasks as assigned and within scope of practice. Requirements Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field from an accredited program.

Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Current state licensure/certification (if mandated by the state) Minimum of 1 year clinical experience (preferred). Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Possesses the ability to apply critical thinking to a variety of situations, assess objectives, develop and implement and monitor effective plans for improvement. Proficiency in providing general nutrition interventions.
