Join a leading facility in Olathe, Kansas, offering competitive pay, consistent weekly pay via direct deposit, and comprehensive benefits. What You'll Do:
  • Provide specialized care for critically ill patients in a hybrid ICU/PCU environment
  • Manage complex medical equipment including balloon pumps, CRRT, and Impella devices
  • Conduct assessments, draw labs, and perform procedures such as PICC line placements
  • Respond to emergencies and conduct codes independently
  • Float to related units such as PCU, Med/Surg, Med/Tele, and ED as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Adhere to facility protocols and maintain high standards of patient safety
What You Need:
  • Valid KS RN license or Compact License
  • BLS, ACLS, and NHI certifications
  • 2+ years recent ICU/CCU experience
  • Ability to manage complex equipment and respond independently to emergencies
  • Flexibility to float across units and work scheduled weekends and holidays (as needed)
