Castor Engineering is seeking a Director of Operations to lead day-to-day execution and strengthen operational performance across the organization.

Position Summary

The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the operational functions that drive efficiency, quality, and consistent delivery. This role partners with cross-functional leaders to align priorities, improve processes, and ensure the organization runs smoothly and effectively.

In a Hybrid environment in Birmingham, MI, the Director of Operations will bring strong leadership, operational discipline, and a continuous-improvement mindset to optimize performance, manage resources, and support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate core operational activities to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes across teams.

  • Develop and improve operational processes, workflows, and performance metrics to increase efficiency and accountability.
