Req.) Description We're working closely with Partnership with Native Americans (PWNA) as they search for a Director of Data Management to join their team (58 company-wide) in Addison, TX. This is a highly visible leadership role that blends strategy with hands-on execution, overseeing a team of four that includes one direct report and three indirect reports. They need someone who understands how CRM systems function within a broader environment and can actively improve workflows, integrations, and how data moves across the organization. The current environment includes an established but evolving CRM infrastructure, giving this person the opportunity to assess what is working today, identify opportunities for growth, and help shape future platform direction and long-term initiatives, including future migration efforts. They are seeking someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and being involved in technical execution while also playing a meaningful role in the broader strategy.
