A Hybrid Case Worker is a professional who provides support and case management services both in-person and remotely, often combining office-based and fieldwork responsibilities. They help clients access resources, coordinate care, and monitor progress toward personal or program goals. Hybrid Case Workers typically work with vulnerable populations, such as individuals facing homelessness, mental health challenges, or those in need of social services. Their hybrid role allows for flexible client meetings, efficient case documentation, and adaptability to clients' needs.

As a Hybrid Case Worker, balancing in-person and remote client interactions is a key aspect of the role. This involves organizing your schedule to accommodate home visits, office meetings, and virtual check-ins, ensuring consistent communication and support for clients regardless of setting.
