Job Title:

HVAC Warehouse Associate


Bovio Rubino Service is seeking areliable, accountable, and detail-oriented HVAC Warehouse Associateto support our field technicians and warehouse operations.

This is not an entry-level just a driver role this position is critical to keeping our jobs on track. The right person takes ownership, works with urgency, and understands that accuracy and reliability directly impact the success of our technicians and customers.

What Youll Be Responsible For

  • Deliver HVAC parts, equipment, and materials to technicians in the field
  • Pick up orders from suppliers and ensure accuracy before delivery
  • Load/unload trucks and safely transport materials to job sites
  • Stage materials for upcoming install and service jobs
  • Maintain clean, organized warehouse conditions
  • Support inventory control and report discrepancies
  • Pick up scrap materials and return to warehouse for proper disposal


Minimum Requirements

  • Valid drivers license with insurable record
  • Proven reliability and attendance
  • Ability to lift 60+ lbs consistently
  • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision


Preferred

  • HVAC, construction, or warehouse experience
  • Knowledge of basic HVAC parts and materials
  • Experience working in a service-based company
  • Familiarity with South Jersey routes


Schedule

  • MondayFriday, full-time 7:30-4:00
  • Overtime and occasional extended hours based on workload


Compensation

  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience- $18-$22/hour
