HVAC Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities
  • Pull and stage HVAC materials and equipment for installation crews
  • Receive and inspect deliveries, verifying accuracy and condition
  • Maintain organized inventory, labeling and shelving supplies
  • Track and report material usage and jobsite returns
  • Assist with equipment loading, unloading, and jobsite delivery
  • Keep warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with company standards
  • Support occasional after-hours or weekend duties during peak seasons
  • Help with minor tool repairs and inventory audits as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred (HVAC or construction industry a plus)
  • Basic computer and inventory software skills
  • Ability to lift 50โ€“75 lbs and operate forklifts (certification a plus)
  • Must pass DOT physical
  • Comfortable with vertical mobility and working from heights
  • Flexible availability to support varying seasonal demands and a readiness to cover team shifts when needed
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Understanding of safety regulations and requirements
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Service Titan
