We are seeking an HVAC Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee warehouse activities, inventory control, purchasing, and material distribution. As the HVAC Warehouse Operations Manager, you will direct the daily operation of our warehouse while ensuring technicians have the tools, equipment, and materials needed to complete every job efficiently. Your attention to inventory accuracy, purchasing, warehouse organization, and vendor coordination will play an important role in supporting the success of our service and installation departments.

• Maintain inventory levels for HVAC equipment, replacement parts, materials, tools, and shop supplies

• Receive, inspect, verify, and organize incoming shipments

• Distribute equipment and materials to installation and service technicians

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, secure, and operating efficiently

• Monitor stock levels and reorder inventory before shortages occur

• Create purchase orders and verify purchasing accuracy

• Coordinate deliveries, warranty returns, vendor pickups, and special orders

• Develop positive working relationships with suppliers and manufacturers

• Track inventory movement, backordered items, and purchasing activity using company software

• Work with management to forecast future inventory and seasonal material needs

• Assist with organizing fleet equipment, company tools, and warehouse assets

• Maintain accurate records for vehicles, tools, and company-owned equipment

• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and operational processes

• One or more years of warehouse, inventory control, purchasing, or logistics experience

• Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, construction, or another skilled trades industry is preferred

• Warehouse leadership or supervisory experience is beneficial

• Experience using inventory management software; ServiceTitan knowledge is helpful

• Strong organizational and planning abilities

• Excellent time management and attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Basic computer knowledge including purchasing and inventory systems

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent

• $24.00 to $30.00 per hour based on qualifications
