Hales AC is hiring an organized, hands-on HVAC Warehouse Manager to keep our field teams supplied, our inventory accurate, and our St. Petersburg warehouse running smoothly. This role is a mix of inventory control, vendor coordination, logistics, and physical warehouse work.
What you will do
  • Place, track, receive, and reconcile purchase orders accurately and on time.
  • Manage HVAC parts, equipment, supplies, warranties, returns, vendor credits, and stock levels.
  • Coordinate deliveries, pickups, job staging, and material movement for install and service teams.
  • Build strong vendor relationships and look for better pricing, availability, and service.
  • Maintain clean warehouse organization and complete monthly inventory counts.
  • Use Excel and digital systems to keep order and inventory data current.
  • Pick up or deliver supplies locally when needed.

What we are looking for
