Commercial HVAC - Project Manager | $130,000 - $140,000 Salary

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Job Duties:

  • Clear understanding of HVAC, and ability to read and understand mechanical plans and specifications
  • Job site visits to ensure projects are on track
  • Understand mechanical plans, and construction schedules
  • Create/track budgets and accurately forecast cost to complete
  • Attend project meetings
  • Review Contracts
  • Order materials and equipment accurately
  • Identify change orders and price COP's
  • Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
  • Ability to work as a Team member with office and field
