Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Location: Seattle, WA
Company: One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning – A Growing HVAC Startup 
About Us: We are an up-and-coming HVAC company based in Seattle, WA, driven to provide top-tier service and innovative HVAC solutions to our clients. As a startup, we're looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team and grow with us as we establish our brand as a leader in the industry. 
Required Qualifications: 
  • Experience (Required): Minimum 5 years of verifiable, hands-on residential HVAC service experience
  • Licensing (Required): Current EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred) and Seattle Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic License (preferred). WA 06A Electrical Trainee Card will be provided if not already held.
  • Driving: Valid WA State Driver's License with a clean record
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across a range of residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, mini-splits, air handlers)
  • Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and communicate professionally with customers

Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on residential HVAC systems
  • Complete service calls efficiently and accurately, documenting work in ServiceTitan or similar field management software
  • Provide honest, transparent recommendations to homeowners and present repair and replacement options
  • Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a premium customer experience on every call
  • Manage your truck stock, tools, and parts inventory
  • Follow all safety protocols and local code requirements
  • Participate in ongoing training and manufacturer certification programs
  • Support installation projects as needed

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000 – $120,000+ per year (base + commission)
