Job description

HVAC Installer
One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning – Tukwila, WA (King County)

We are hiring an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team serving Bellevue, Renton, Newcastle, Mercer Island, Issaquah, Snoqualmie, and the surrounding areas. This role focuses on installing and replacing residential HVAC systems while delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service.

What You'll Do
• Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and indoor air quality products
• Replace existing HVAC equipment while ensuring all work meets manufacturer specifications and local codes
• Install refrigerant lines, electrical components, condensate drains, flue systems, ductwork modifications, and thermostats as needed
• Start up, test, and verify proper system operation and performance
• Explain the new system and thermostat operation to homeowners
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites throughout the installation
• Complete installation documentation in ServiceTitan or similar software
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in excellent condition
• Work closely with team members to complete installations efficiently and professionally
What You Need
• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini split systems
• Ability to read installation manuals, wiring diagrams, and basic blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions
