Our client is an established commercial mechanical contractor delivering complex HVAC projects across the Puget Sound region. Known for their commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction, they offer a comprehensive benefits package and a strong team-oriented work environment. They are currently seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager to oversee awarded plan and specification projects from kickoff through closeout. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving successful project outcomes across all phases of commercial mechanical construction.
Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial HVAC plan & specification projects from award through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field teams.
  • Process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Track project costs and financial performance.
  • Conduct project meetings and maintain clear communication with owners and general contractors.
  • Ensure quality, safety, and schedule expectations are consistently achieved.
  • Successfully close out projects while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing plan & specification mechanical construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC installation and construction processes.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
