Commercial HVAC Installation Technician
Richmond, VA | Direct Hire | $30-$39/hr | Monday-Friday

What You'll Do:

  • Install commercial HVAC equipment including RTUs, DX systems, water source heat pumps, fan coil units, ductless systems, unit heaters, and related accessories.
  • Perform tenant fit-outs, equipment replacements, ductwork modifications, thermostat relocations, and retrofit work.
  • Perform HVAC Start-Up on Mission Critical commercial construction projects and troubleshoot / diagnose any issues.
  • Read blueprints and installation documents to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation while delivering outstanding service and professionalism on every job.
