Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Pipefitter to join our team. In this role, you will build and maintain pipe systems in both residential and commercial settings. You will read blueprints, plan installations, and prepare pipes. The ideal candidate is analytical, with attention to detail and experience with pipes of a variety of materials. VRV/VRF a PLUS!

Responsibilities 
  • Review and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements
  • Braze/solder copper parts and components using ASME brazing techniques
  • Able to install, service, and repair water source heat pump systems
  • Installation, repair, and maintenance of refrigeration systems, with particular expertise in handling the intricate network of pipes that carry refrigerants
  • Inspect and prepare sites for construction operations
  • Assemble and install piping systems such as ductile iron, PVC and steel, copper
  • Test system functionality
  • Repair any leaks or malfunctions
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools
  • Work with other construction professionals to complete projects
  • Follow all relevant safety guidelines
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a HVAC Pipefitter is preferred
  • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of all relevant health and safety guidelines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting heavy objects
