Job description

Job Description HVAC Installer/Projects Team Location: Raleigh, NC We are seeking a Project Installers specializing in HVAC to install commercial HVAC/R systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment application, refrigeration theory, duct design, control systems, pipe fitting, and structural layouts. Key Responsibilities: Install HVAC systems under supervision to gain knowledge of products and processes.

Maintain safety awareness in a potentially hazardous work environment. Pursue ongoing training and actively seek new information. Communicate effectively and follow instructions to provide excellent customer service.

Collaborate with team members to support success. Qualifications: Education & Experience: Associate's degree in HVAC preferred but not required 2 years of installation experience. (Commercial/Industrial HVAC experience preferred) Certifications: Valid driver's license EPA Universal Certification HVAC Technician Certification (preferred).

Skills: Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Proficiency in basic math, including rates, ratios, and percentages. Problem-solving skills for handling standardized situations.

Physical Demands: Regularly stand, climb, kneel, and lift up to 100 pounds. Occasionally lift more than 100 pounds. Ability to see at various distances and distinguish colors.

Work Environment: Outdoor work in extreme weather, and exposure to mechanical parts, fumes, high voltage, and vibrations. Occasional exposure to toxic chemicals, extreme heat or cold. Typically, noisy work environment.
