ATTENTION ALL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIANS AND INSTALLERS! Assurance Heating and Air Conditioning is pleased to offer outstanding career opportunities for residential and commercial HVAC Service Techs / Installers as we continue to grow. We are centrally located in Buffalo Grove (Lake County) and service the entire Chicagoland metropolitan area, suburbs, and even Southern Wisconsin...sure to guarantee a 40-hour work week nearly year-round!

We are a well-established family owned/operated company that has been in business for almost 40 years, and we pride ourselves on our slogan “Our Work Is Your Assurance”, as we have an excellent reputation. We have a great work environment and benefits, and we continually strive to advance with the technology changes in the HVAC industry. Out turnover rate is almost non-existent as our company is constantly growing yet still conscious of maintaining high company morale.


What you will be doing...

At Assurance, our HVAC Service Techs / Installers are responsible for performing the service or installation of replacement/new HVAC systems in residential homes and businesses, while maintaining the highest set of quality standards that have been established for both craftsmanship and customer service.

    • Valid driver's License and clean driving record.
    • Must be able to pass a background check.
    • EPA certification.
