Service Technician Apprentice Position Summary

Our Service Technician Apprentices will go through training on how to service heating and air conditioning systems.

Job Duties:

  • Assist with servicing or installing residential heating and cooling equipment
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
  • Purchase all required tools
  • Follow directions from the supervisor and/or dispatcher and complete in a timely manner
  • Communicate to the dispatcher when arriving and leaving the job site
  • Perform all duties and interact with clients per company's standards
  • Complete all required paperwork, forms, and invoices
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Must pass background and drug check
  • Valid license and insurable driving record
  • Desire to pursue a career in the HVACR Industry
  • Ability to work from a 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder
  • Willingness to self-study and learn basic HVAC terminology
  • Willingness to attend and successfully complete an accredited HVAC Course of study
  • Willingness to pursue and obtain industry-related credentials (EPA and NATE)
  • Commitment to developing & using customer service skills
  • Commitment to following all company policies and procedures
