  • Assist in performing HVAC installations and service calls for both residential and commercial projects under the supervision of experienced HVAC technicians, aiming to learn and apply HVAC techniques and principles.
  • Help maintain positive relationships with customers, supporting senior team members before, during, and after projects to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Assist in keeping the assigned truck, tools, and equipment in excellent condition, learning the importance of organization, maintenance, and functionality.
  • Engage in constant communication with the team, including, when needed; the coordinator, dispatcher, managers, and experienced HVAC technicians to ensure smooth project execution and to facilitate your learning process.
  • Support the team in managing and documenting inventory usage on projects, and help maintain accurate records of all work performed, including photographic and video documentation, under the guidance of more experienced team members.
  • Present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, contributing to the company's reputation for respectfulness and attention to detail.
  • Participate actively in all training sessions, both technical and soft skills, showing eagerness to learn and grow within the HVAC field.
