Job description:

Are you an HVAC Technician who desires to build a career in the Building Automation Systems industry?  Or a BAS Technician who is stuck in a dead-end job with no room for advancement?

The worldwide BAS industry will be approximately $124B in 2026 and will double in the next several years. It has become the single most indispensable tool for optimizing facility comfort and maximizing energy efficiency and is at the leading edge of building technology. We are seeking ambitious, driven individuals who are looking to build or grow a lucrative long-term career, build new skills related to computer hardware, software/programming, and systems analysis and troubleshooting – and want the opportunity to positively change the trajectory of their career earnings.  You will grow technically and as an individual and help us build our rapidly growing organization from within.

The duties of the position include hardware testing, startup/commissioning, and servicing/troubleshooting of Building Automation Systems. The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge of Building Automation and/or HVAC systems, and the desire, motivation, and ability to learn and grow. Qualifications/Skills:

  •  High School Diploma
  •  2-Year post-H.S. HVAC Degree, Certificate, or equivalent H.S. vocational technical training.
  •  Minimum 1 year of experience installing and servicing Building Automation Systems OR commercial HVAC systems
  •   Ability to learn quickly and retain information about products and systems
  •   Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  •   Ability to adapt to rapidly changing schedules and priorities
  •   Proficient in Microsoft Office Software a plus
  •   Fluent ability to work with laptops, tablets, and smartphones
  •   Outstanding customer interface and human relations skills
  •   Valid Driver’s License
  •   A desire to build a great career
