Job Duties:

  • Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems
  • Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC Systems
  • Experience with chiller and boiler maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs is desired but not required
  • Maintaining a high standard of mechanical maintenance practices
  • Following all safety requirements and using appropriate PPE
  • Keeping appropriate records and documentation
Requirements:


  • Valid drivers’ license
  • Computer literacy EPA Universal certification
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team member
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
