We’re on the hunt for a high-energy, motivated, and results-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our winning team at Crain Buick GMC of Conway. If you love working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy turning conversations into connections (and sales!), this could be the perfect fit for you.
What You’ll Do:
  • Connect with and follow up on leads through Drive Centric and other channels

  • Guide customers through every step of their car-buying journey—from first hello to final delivery

  • Use dealership tools like RouteOne and Reynolds amp; Reynolds to process sales and manage customer information

  • Stay up to speed on Buick and GMC vehicles to confidently highlight features and benefits

  • Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals

  • Work alongside a dynamic sales team and leadership to meet—and exceed—sales goals
