Position Summary

The Human Resources Specialist serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational objectives. The HRBP partners with managers to enhance employee engagement, develop talent, improve organizational effectiveness, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies. This role balances strategic planning with hands-on HR support to foster a high-performing and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership

  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop workforce strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
  • Analyze workforce metrics and recommend data-driven solutions to improve business performance.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on workplace issues.
  • Investigate employee concerns and resolve complex employee relations matters.
  • Coach leaders on performance management, conflict resolution, and effective communication.

Talent Management
