Job description

Summary: Responsible for providing administrative support to other HR professionals by documenting staff changes, performance reports and communications.
Reporting Relationship: HR Manager
Day to Day Tasks:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
  • Compile and update employee records
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
  • Help with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  • Communicate with public services when necessary
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Position requires onsite attendance. No hybird/No remote/No work from home option available
Required Experience and Skills
  • Billigual (Spanish)
  • 1 Year of experience
  • Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
  • Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
  • Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and practices
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Great Interpersonal skills

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Position requires onsite attendance. No hybird/No remote/No work from home option available
