Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Client Reception and Communication - Serve as the first point of contact for individuals visiting or calling the agency by greeting clients, answering phones, providing general information, and directing inquiries to appropriate staff or services
  • Administrative and Records Management - Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties including processing documents, maintaining accurate electronic records, and ensuring compliance with agency procedures for data entry and document handling
  • Program Support and Applicant Screening - Assist with benefit program operations by registering applications and supporting caseworkers in the coordination of client services
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associate's degree preferred with coursework in subjects such as social work, human services, social or behavioral science, business or related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
