Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Employment Law Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, providing legal counsel and representation to clients regarding workplace rights, discrimination, and labor relations. 
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice on employment law matters to clients.
  • Represent employees in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings related to employment disputes.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policy manuals.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in employment law and regulations.
  • Develop and implement legal strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation of case strategies, including gathering evidence and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law.
  • Strong knowledge of employment regulations and case law.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
