At Universal Technical Services (UTS) we are passionate about assisting people with their warranty needs. Our extended warranties and premier maintenance plans give consumers confidence their product will have a long and sustained life. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a UTS Inbound Sales Associate.
As a UTS Inbound Sales Associate within the Amynta group, you will be responsible for identifying and servicing the needs of customers who have purchased a Universal Technical Services extended service or premier maintenance plan. UTS Associates answer inbound phone calls from customers who need assistance troubleshooting and servicing a covered product. This position requires problem solving, critical and technical thinking, and resourcefulness to best assist our customers.
  • Provide a range of routine customer service and support to customers over the phone, through email or chat to service new existing accounts in a high call volume environment.
  • Answer incoming phone calls with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction with the goal of creating an exceptional experience.
  • Maintain a continual working knowledge of our client's products, services, and promotions
  • Delivers service utilizing prescribed standards to supply accurate information to callers and resolve their issues
  • Research, resolve and communicates information back to the customer in a clear and educated manner
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Complete a variety of forms and documents based on guidelines
  • Document all customer information, communications, and sales in CRM system
  • Assist with creating and updating various processes
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and across departments to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service internally and externally
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
  • The shift requirements are Monday-Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm (MST); with 8-hour increments within that time frame.

  • Customer service experience, handling high volume phone calls

  • Detail oriented to complete tasks accurately.
