Job description

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong verbal and written communication to interact effectively with employees and management.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Availability to include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Prior Human Resources experience preferred but not required

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
  • Field incoming calls and emails to the HR office
  • Greet internal and external guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Accurately onboard associates and process changes in HRIS (UKG) system
  • Maintain personnel files in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with paperwork including I-9s and minor working papers
  • Assist with associate communication regarding perks, benefits, trainings, etc.
  • Conduct new employee orientations
  • Assist with recruitment efforts including job fairs and candidate contact
