Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD
Clearance Required: Secret Clearance **This position is contingent upon contract award** Job Description and Responsibilities: * Experience with cost estimating and case analysis of acquisition programs, inclusive of all program lifecycle phases, in accordance with applicable DoD Directives, Army regulations, and policies.
* Develop and maintain Program Office Estimates (POEs, also known as lifecycle cost estimates or LCCEs) utilizing automated cost estimating integrated tools (ACEIT) software, the development of independent cost estimates to support contracts, the management of program costs and requirements against the Acquisition Program Baseline (APB), affordability determinations, and earned value management (EVM) analyses.
* Experience with cost reduction analyses, cost risk evaluation, and Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution (PPBE) support.
Qualifications: * A minimum of five (5) years experience as a Cost Analyst is required
* Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting
* Substitutions: Four (4) additional years of related experience will substitute for Bachelor's degree
