Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
Are you passionate about helping others achieve lasting recovery? Join our team at Centerstone as a Recovery Care Coordinator and play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey toward independence and wellness. In this role, you'll provide guidance, coaching, and advocacy while fostering connectedness and modeling recovery values in a trauma-informed and culturally competent environment.
