Job description

HR Additions has a client seeking an experienced Bilingual HR Manager to lead Human Resources operations and office administration for our Fort Worth facility. This strategic leadership role partners closely with leadership to oversee employee relations, recruiting, compliance, training, performance management, employee engagement, and office operations. The position requires approximately 10-15% travel to support other locations and business initiatives.
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Salary: $120,000
Travel: 10-15% travel
Required: Bilingual Fluent in English and Spanish
Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner and member of the leadership team.
  • Lead HR programs including employee relations, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Advise managers and employees on workplace issues, employment laws, and HR best practices.
  • Manage employee development, succession planning, compensation, benefits, and leave administration.
  • Drive employee engagement, recognition, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations matters.
  • Utilize HR systems, including ADP Workforce Now, for reporting and workforce management.
  • Oversee office operations, vendor management, facility services, and records retention.
  • Support organizational initiatives that promote a positive, high-performing workplace culture.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
  • 5+ years of HR management experience
  • 5+ Years employee relations, training, performance management, and employment law and legal compliance
  • Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now; First Advantage Screening Services and NetSuite
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required
  • Ability to travel 10-15% as needed
