Together with your employees, you will take care of recruitment, payroll accounting and trainees at the club and coordinate their assignments, among other things. You hold the strings together in the background and provide guests with a wonderful stay by optimising staff deployment. You take care of the preparation of payroll accounting. You are familiar with labour law and draw up employment and training contracts. You will also be responsible for pre-selecting applicants and supporting employees and trainees. You will not only work behind the scenes, but will also be very close to the guests. You pay attention to the needs of the guests and maintain good contact. As a host and team player, you also support other departments, e.g. in welcoming and saying goodbye to our guests and many other activities.

At least 2-3 years of professional experience in human resources and/or training, ideally in the tourism, service or hotel industry. Experience in personnel marketing. Very good knowledge of labour law. Confident handling of MS Office. Open, self-confident and communicative demeanour.
