About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team on a contract basis. This role will support day-to-day human resources operations while partnering with employees and leadership across a variety of HR functions. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Assisting with employee relations inquiries and HR policy interpretation
  • Managing and maintaining employee records and HR documentation
  • Coordinating recruiting activities, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
  • Supporting benefits administration and employee programs
  • Assisting with compliance initiatives, audits, and reporting
  • Partnering with managers on performance management and employee development efforts

What We're Looking For
